This series was inspired by Haruki Murakami's 1Q84, where the protangonist reads a book by a Russian author to his father, titled "Town of Cats". The character enters a desolate town inhabited by cats in the night, only to find that he will never be able to return. The works attempt to capture the lonliness and rich beauty of the town as I imagined it.
